Do you know the saying ”an apple a day keeps the doctor away”? Well after some research an apple a day
may really keep the doctors away. When you eat an apple- with the peels included, it is like eating a vitamin
but the fruit in their natural state are actually a lot healthier than an actual vitamin. Researchers found that
the antioxidant properties of one fresh apple were equal to 1,500 milligrams of vitamin C. The consumer
of the fruits and vegetables gets more health benefits from eating whole fruits and vegetables rather than
taking a pill. In the long run, it would also be a lot cheaper to buy fruit rather than to buy pills which are
hard to swallow (In my opinion) and very, very, very expensive.

Another thing you should do to stay healthy is to exercise. You should exercise at least once a day.
To exercise you could do something at home, or at the gym. Working out can help you keep in good shape,
a good weight, and can help you keep low blood pressure. Keeping a low blood pressure is very important
to stay healthy. Did you know that if you had high blood pressure you're more likely to have a stroke, heart
attack and even kidney failure?

You should also drink lots of water. If you drink lots of water it helps deliver lots of water throughout your
body because blood is 90% water and your blood carries oxygen to different parts of the body. Water also
helps to keep your skin from becoming wrinkly and also helps your skin become less vulnerable to harmful
bacterias. Water also helps your blood become less thick which helps you lower blood pressure. Did you
know adult humans are 60% water, and our blood is 90% water?

In conclusion, you should always put your body first and never take it for granted. If your body needs rest,
let it rest. If your body wants food, give it food. Never force your body to do something it can’t do. To end
my explanation I would like to share two very interesting facts about your body. Number one is that when
you're born you have 300 bones. But when you grow older you only have 206 bones, crazy right? Number
two is also a fact around bones, around one-quarter of your bones are in your feet. I hope you learned
something new while reading this explanation.

What do you think? Did I do a good job writing my explanation? What do you think I could work on?
Cool explanation the intro could use some work.
